Bushfire is not only a threat to those in the bush. If you live in an urban fringe or semi rural area, YOU NEED TO BE PREPARED.

Well, so do our Rural Fire Services. This is a group made up of volunteers that will do everything within their power, to save your property and quite possibly your life, should the worst happen.

Well, here at Real Estate Advantage – Yandina & Hinterland, we’ve decided we’re going to do something to help. For every property sold and settled during 2010, we’ll be donating $300 of the commission to the Rural Fire Service.

Yandina is placed in a position where we have three services covering a large area, therefore the question is – which service should we donate to? It was too difficult to decide, so we’ve decided to help all three, that is, the Valdora/Yandina Creek, Maroochy River and the Yandina/North Arm branches.

So, list and sell your house through us and you’ll be supporting the Rural Fire Service as well. Remember, it might be your property or that of a loved one or neighbour that is in danger one day.

Coast (established in 1868) and has a very close knit community.
