Since opening back in November 2004 as Ray White Yandina, the office has been a runaway success.
In October of 2009, it was decided a change was due and Kevin and Astrid decided the big corporate giant name didn’t suit Yandina and that we should run under our own banner.
The staff have always prided themselves on a friendly one on one contact with their clients and customers, but it was feared, that some clients and customers might feel they won’t receive the right treatment from a large corporate style business and perhaps might just feel like a number on a chart. This is what has prompted the name change and it’s given a whole new lease on life for all the staff. Please note, all the staff have remained the same, as have the phone and fax etc, but what you will notice will be our new bright and catchy signboards, complete with our own logo and a sensational new website – www.realestateyandina.com.au
The office has always prided itself on a great success rate at selling properties for the best price available within the client’s given timeframe, selling 81% of all Exclusive listings and 88% of all Auction listings. This great success rate will only continue under the new name as we strive to get even better at what we do, so remember, in simple terms, that means, if you list a property for sale with Real Estate Advantage as an Auction or Exclusive listing, you have an 81% to 88% opportunity of having your property SOLD during the agreement for a price acceptable to you.
