About Yandina

A bit about Yandina and Hinterland…..

Located in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, (just north of Nambour and only 15 minutes from Coolum Beach and only 7 minutes to major shopping centre’s), Yandina is the oldest town on the Sunshine Coast (established in 1868) and has a very close knit community.

Popular with families and couples, there is a mix of architectural styles in the area ranging from traditional Queenslanders and colonial homes to post-war housing, chamferboard houses and brick and tile homes as well.

The Township and surrounding areas offer land parcels ranging from normal suburban blocks to acreage and we have properties with ocean views, lovely leafy hinterland views or views taking in the magnificent Mt. Ninderry.

If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful little hinterland town to live in, visit Yandina, you’ll never want to leave.

Possibly most famous for the Ginger Factory, the quiet town of Yandina attracts residents looking for a safe, relaxed lifestyle away from the hustle & bustle of the Sunshine Coast’s busier beachside suburbs.
